Your initial appointment

You will be required to complete registration paperwork prior to your appointment.

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to accommodate this. Alternatively, you may complete the Patient Registration Form prior to your appointment.

What to bring

  • Referral letter from your General Practitioner, or referring medical specialist
  • List of current medications
  • Medicare Card
  • Private health insurance details (incl. health fund and membership number)
  • TAC or WorkCover patients, please bring details of your insurance company and claim number
  • Healthcare card or DVA card
  • Imaging
    • We ask that you please bring any CD’s or hard copy imaging you may have in your possession relating to your orthopaedic injury. This can include X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans and ultrasounds.
    • A copy of the radiologist report if available.
    • If you do not have a copy of your imaging, please notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment, and we will endeavour to access it online through the imaging provider.

What to expect

We respect your time and understand that it is valuable. However, unexpected medical emergencies can occur, which may cause a delay. If we believe there to be a significant delay to your appointment, we will contact you prior to your scheduled appointment time to notify you.

Please note that new patient appointments are allocated 30 minutes.
Follow up appointments are allocated 15 minutes.

Our consultation fees are in line with the Australian Medical Association (AMA) guidelines and industry standards.

Consultation fees will need to be paid on the day of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS and Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) payments.
